Problem Note 60732: Allocating a PDS fails and returns "OPEN is aborted for file PDS(XXXXX). BLKSIZE (256) must be multiple of LRECL (80) for RECFM=FB"

Externally allocating a partitioned data set (PDS) and then referencing the same PDS (ddname) using aggregate syntax to access each member causes the following error in SAS® 9.4M0 through SAS® 9.4M4:
ERROR: OPEN is aborted for file PDS(XXXXXX). BLKSIZE (256) must be multiple of
LRECL (80) for RECFM=FB.
LRECL (80) for RECFM=FB.
There is no workaround for this issue.
This issue is fixed in SAS® 9.4M5.
